01Information we collect

When you use the AiProof website or live trial, we may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, referrer and UTM attribution, and service logs needed to operate, secure, and measure the service.

If you contact AiProof, request pilot access, book a demo, or otherwise send us information, we may process the contact details and message content you provide.

When you submit media for verification or registration, AiProof processes that media and technical fingerprints needed to provide the requested origin-verification functionality.

02How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AiProof, operate origin verification, respond to requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, understand product usage, and improve the product and go-to-market experience.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

03Media and origin verification

AiProof is designed to verify whether later media matches a known registered origin. Registration does not by itself prove authorship, ownership, first publication, or whether AI was used to create the media.

Uploaded media may be processed to compute strict and perceptual fingerprints and other verification data. Pilot or enterprise arrangements may define additional retention and processing terms.

04Service providers

We may use infrastructure, hosting, email, analytics, monitoring, and security providers to operate AiProof. They process information only as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

05Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service operation, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and product measurement.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early-stage software service, including access controls, isolated secrets, logging controls, rate limits, and transport encryption. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

06Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
